  • The quality of workmanship is found to be defective or unsatisfactory, and we are unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Mistakes or damage caused directly by our service team during the course of the work.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If dissatisfaction arises from changes in your personal preferences after the service has been delivered as per the agreement.

  • If third-party interventions or alterations are made after our service.

  • Failure to notify us of issues within the specified 7-day period.
